Mutagenicity of Food Additives in the Ames Salmonella/microsome Assay
There is a result which was examined the mutagenicity of about 300 food additives which are used in Japan. Mutation test was carried out by the Ames test. The tester strains were Salmonella typhimurium TA97 and TA102.
